Contact form

Your name, email and message are collected to handle your enquiry and reply. A private copy of the enquiry is kept for up to 90 days, and the hosting server attempts to notify the owner by email. This copy is accessible only through the owner’s private tools. Processing is based on the consent you give by submitting the form with the relevant checkbox selected. You can withdraw consent by contacting the owner without affecting earlier processing.

Correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle your enquiry and, if a professional relationship follows, for the periods applicable to that relationship. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Public wall

Your note and optional signature are visible to every visitor. Use an alias and avoid including personal data about yourself or others. Publication is based on your consent. Notes remain until you request removal or they are moderated. Identify the text or date when asking for removal.

Connection, language and visitor screen

The server receives your connection’s IP address. To approximate language by country and show an approximate location when using the visitor screen, the site sends this IP to ipwho.is. Accuracy depends on your connection, network provider and possible VPN. The screen may also display language, time zone, browser and time in this visit, calculated on your device.

The application does not store geolocation responses or create visitor statistics. These features provide portfolio personalisation and interaction, based on the legitimate interest in offering that functionality. You can select your language manually. The hosting provider may generate technical access and security logs.

Abuse prevention

Time limits protect the form and wall. The server stores identifiers derived from IP addresses using a private key, without storing the IP itself in these tables, and clears records older than 24 hours when processing new requests. A technical wall cookie identifies the browser to limit repeated posts. This processing supports service security and continuity, based on the controller’s legitimate interest.

Providers and external services

Sered hosts this website. Messages arrive in the owner’s Gmail account. Figma prototypes and external links load when you use them; providers receive technical data needed to serve their content and apply their own policies. Some providers operate internationally. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent, by contacting rafadelasherasgamero@gmail.com. Only the minimum information needed to verify your request will be sought. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
